Peace of mind

Finding the right person to care for your pet isn’t a small decision.

If you’re here, chances are you’re not just looking for someone to “pop in” or take your dog for a quick walk. You’re looking for reassurance — that your pet will be safe, well cared for, and treated with the same thoughtfulness you’d give them yourself.

You might be thinking about things like:

  • whether your dog will be properly supervised and kept safe on walks
  • what would happen if your pet became unwell or injured while you’re away
  • whether visits will happen reliably, and when they’re meant to
  • letting someone into your home and trusting them with your space and keys
  • feeling uneasy when you don’t hear how things went

These concerns are completely normal. Caring pet owners think about these things — especially when their pets are part of the family.

That’s exactly why Everkind Pet Companions exists.

How care is approached

Thoughtful, calm care — done properly, every time.

Caring for someone else’s pet — and being trusted in their home — is a responsibility that deserves thought, preparation, and consistency.

At Everkind Pet Companions, care isn’t rushed or volume-based. Every walk and every visit is approached with calm attention, clear routines, and a strong focus on safety and wellbeing.

Solo walks by default

So your dog has full attention at all times (dogs from the same household are welcome to walk together).

Safety-led decisions

From lead use and route choice to weather and surroundings — decisions are made with calm judgement.

Emergency awareness

Supported by Pet CPR & First Aid training, with clear next steps agreed in advance.

Respect for your home

Clear boundaries and professional conduct, every time access is needed.

Consistent updates

Photo and message updates so you’re never left wondering how things went.

Details matter

Because when it comes to your pet, the small details make the biggest difference.

Services

Simple, focused support — built around routine and wellbeing.

Everkind Pet Companions offers a small, focused range of services — each designed to support your pet’s routine, wellbeing, and comfort in a way that feels familiar and calm.

Dog Walking

Ideal for dogs who benefit from individual attention, predictable routines, and a steady pace. Walks are solo as standard, unless dogs are from the same household and accustomed to being walked together.

Home Visits & Pet Sitting

For pets who are happiest staying in their own environment. Visits can include feeding, companionship, basic care, and medication where required — always with clear communication throughout.

Additional Support

Some pets need a little extra consideration — young, elderly, anxious, or managing health needs. Care is discussed in advance so expectations are clear and needs are fully understood.

Pricing guidance

Pricing varies depending on the type of care required, location, and frequency of visits. Rather than fixed packages, we take the time to personally tailor care around the needs and lifestyle of both you and your pet, and will always explain options clearly before anything is agreed.

Safety & trust

Standards that support peace of mind.

Trust and safety aren’t assumptions — they’re built through clear standards and thoughtful care. Everkind Pet Companions is set up to support pets and owners responsibly, with a focus on preparation, consistency, and good judgement.

FAQs

Answers to common questions

Questions often come up when choosing pet care — especially when trust and routine matter. Here are a few answers that may help. If anything isn’t covered, you’re always welcome to get in touch and ask.

1. Do you offer solo dog walks?
Yes. All walks are carried out on a solo basis by default, so your dog has full attention at all times. Dogs from the same household are welcome to walk together if they’re used to it. If you’d like to talk through what would suit your dog best, feel free to get in touch.
2. How do you keep dogs safe on walks?
Safety is always the priority. Routes, lead use, pace, weather conditions, and surroundings are considered carefully before and during every walk. You’re welcome to ask how walks would be handled for your specific dog.
3. Are you DBS checked?
Yes. Lisa is DBS checked, which provides reassurance when accessing your home and caring for your pet. If trust and home access are important to you, you’re welcome to ask any questions before deciding.
4. What happens if my pet becomes unwell or injured?
Lisa is Pet CPR & First Aid trained and follows clear, agreed steps if something unexpected happens. Emergency details are always discussed in advance. This can be talked through during an initial chat so you feel fully comfortable.
5. Will I receive updates while I’m away?
Yes. You’ll receive photo and message updates after walks and visits, so you’re never left wondering how things went. If updates matter to you, feel free to ask how this works day to day.
6. Do you offer a meet & greet?
Absolutely. A meet & greet is offered before care begins so everyone feels comfortable and expectations are clear. You can arrange this by getting in touch.
7. What areas do you cover?
Everkind Pet Companions is based in North Norfolk, covering North Walsham, Cromer, Sheringham, Holt and surrounding areas. If you’re unsure whether your area is covered, just ask.
8. Can you care for older pets or pets with additional needs?
Yes. Care is always discussed in advance so routines, medication, mobility, or behavioural needs are clearly understood. You’re welcome to explain your pet’s needs during an initial conversation.
9. Do you enter my home while I’m not there?
Yes, if required — and this is always handled with respect, clear boundaries, and professionalism. If this is a concern, it’s encouraged to talk it through before care begins.
10. How reliable are visits and walks?
Consistency and punctuality matter. Visits and walks are planned carefully, and communication is always clear if anything needs to change. If your routine depends on reliability, feel free to raise this when getting in touch.
11. How does pricing work?
Pricing varies depending on the type of care, location, and frequency. Care is personally tailored so it fits your pet’s needs and your lifestyle. You can discuss options during a no-pressure chat.
12. Do I have to commit straight away?
No. An initial conversation is simply a chance to talk things through and see if Everkind feels like the right fit. There’s no obligation to proceed.
13. How far in advance do I need to book?
Availability can vary, especially during busy periods. It’s best to get in touch early if you know you’ll need support. You can check availability by getting in touch.
14. Will the same person always care for my pet?
Yes. Care is provided personally by Lisa, so you always know who’s looking after your pet. If consistency matters to you, this is something Everkind prioritises.
15. What’s the best way to get started?
The easiest way is to get in touch for a relaxed conversation about your pet and what you’re looking for. You can start by using the contact form or reaching out directly.
About

Meet Lisa

Lisa from Everkind Companions
A calm, personal service — delivered by Lisa.

I set up Everkind Pet Companions because caring for animals is where I feel most at home.

I’ve always been happiest around animals and out in the fresh air — whether that’s walking through woodland near Sheringham, along the beach in Cromer, or wandering the grounds of a Norfolk country estate. Being outdoors, noticing the details, and moving at a calm, steady pace is second nature to me — and it’s the way I approach caring for pets too.

At home, I share my life with my cat, Max, who reminds me every day how important routine, patience, and understanding are. That same mindset shapes how I care for every animal I look after. I take the time to get to know each pet properly — their personality, their habits, and what helps them feel settled and secure.

Everkind is built around thoughtful, wellbeing-focused care. Whether I’m taking a dog out for a quiet solo walk or visiting a pet at home, my focus is always on safety, consistency, and making sure they feel comfortable and cared for. I believe pets thrive when they’re treated as individuals, not rushed through a schedule.

I know how much trust it takes to hand over your keys and your pet, and I take that responsibility seriously. Every visit and every walk is approached with care, respect, and genuine attention.
